Every journey begins with alignment. This process is designed to ensure a thoughtful, collaborative planning experience from start to finish.

Client Application + Alignment Review

Your journey begins with the Client Application, designed to ensure alignment in travel style, expectations, and planning approach. Each application is reviewed personally and thoughtfully. Clients whose needs align with the agency’s current planning focus will be invited to proceed.

Alignment Conversation + Next Steps

Approved applicants are invited to a brief alignment conversation. This discussion confirms scope, timing, planning approach, and overall fit before any formal planning begins. This step ensures clarity and intention on both sides.

Consultant Retainer + Engagement

Once alignment is confirmed, the Consultant Retainer is established based on the scope and complexity of your journey. This formalizes the planning relationship and allows the custom planning process to begin.

Custom Planning + Proposal Development

With the retainer in place, your journey is thoughtfully curated. Planning may include accommodations, transportation, experiences, and logistics, tailored to your travel style and priorities. Proposals are refined collaboratively before confirmations are made.

Travel Support + Oversight

While you are traveling, I remain a point of contact should support be needed. Travel oversight and emergency assistance are provided in accordance with the support structure outlined prior to departure, with time zones taken into consideration.

Working With Where2Next? Travel, LLC

Where2Next? Travel, LLC operates through a highly personalized, consultative planning model. In order to engage in custom travel planning, a Consultant Retainer (or Small Private Group Retainer for groups of 16 or fewer) is required prior to the development and presentation of any itinerary or proposal.

The retainer reflects the scope and complexity of the journey being considered and formalizes the planning relationship. Retainers and applicable agency fees are fixed, non-refundable, and separate from the cost of travel services. THE PLANNING APPROACH

Custom travel planning involves a significant investment of time, expertise, and professional oversight. Clients entrust Where2Next? Travel, LLC with managing the research, coordination, and logistics required to shape a seamless travel experience.

This work may include, but is not limited to:

Researching and vetting accommodations, transportation, and experiences
Coordinating with trusted travel partners and suppliers
Managing destination requirements, travel documentation, and protocols
Designing and refining itineraries aligned with client preferences
Overseeing logistics before, during, and after travel

Each journey is curated with care, discretion, and attention to detail, allowing clients to travel with confidence and peace of mind.

SCOPE, ADJUSTMENTS & ONGOING SUPPORT

Planning services are delivered within a defined scope, which is confirmed at the outset of the engagement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope—including substantive itinerary changes after confirmation—may require additional fees, as outlined in the Working With Where2Next? Travel, LLC brochure.

Travel support is provided before, during, and after departure in accordance with the agreed service structure. The goal is not constant access, but reliable, professional oversight when it matters most.
