In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a retainer is required.  A Consultant Retainer or Small Private Group Retainer is required on all bespoke itineraries and small group travel (16 or fewer).  Both the Consultant Retainer and The Small Private Group Retainer are non-refundable and are not applicable toward travel costs. The Consultant Retainer and the Small Private Group Retainer cover the time for the work necessary in tailoring your itinerary. Please refer to my Working With Where2Next? Where2Next? Travel, LLC custom curates all itineraries based on client needs and wishes. Due to the amount of time allocated to the customization of each proposal, there is a Consultant Retainer due prior to a proposal being compiled, created and/or presented. By moving forward and scheduling a call, you agree and understand that you will be quoted a Consultant Retainer based on the intricacies of your specific trip. All agency fees are non-refundable, regardless of trip outcome.

Shaping customized travel experiences entails a considerable amount of time and research that you will be delegating to Where2Next? Travel, LLC to manage on your behalf.  My work encompasses years of personal experience and professional expertise in the following:

• Determining and communicating passport and visa requirements

• Monitoring of your flight arrivals, departures, and boarding requirements

All this and more is done on your behalf. You also receive my support all through the before, during, and after of your vacation experience.  Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a travel experience as is possible.  All travel arranged through Where2Next? Travel, LLC is designed to provide you with peace of mind. I am an experienced professional in planning journeys for sophisticated travelers who deserve the most expert attention to detail and execution of a well-planned travel experience. The Consultant Retainer entitles you to a maximum of three (3) proposals per itinerary and is valid for 30 days. Each time the original maximum number of proposals is exceeded, the client will incur an additional non-refundable Consultant Retainer. Initiating non-emergency, substantive changes to your booked itinerary that are not originated by your airline, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel services provider will incur a non-refundable Substantive Change fee of $515 (substantive changes include, but are not limited to changing travelers; adding travelers (including those travelers who are not clients of Where2Next? Travel, LLC); changing accommodation; changing destination(s); and any additional related work required in the implementation of the substantive changes). Trip cancelations will incur a non-refundable $103 per person Cancelation Fee in addition to any required penalties outlined by any and all travel and tour operators as part of their Terms & Conditions. Other fees may apply - please refer to my Working With Where2Next? Travel, LLC Brochure.  By paying the Consultant Retainer, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
